Payment & Checkout

PayPal Error: "Doesn't ship to this location"

If you encounter the message "Qi Embrace doesn't ship to this location. Please use a different address." during PayPal checkout, this is usually a technical synchronization issue rather than a shipping restriction.

How to fix it:

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
  • Close the PayPal pop-up window and click the yellow PayPal button to try again.
  • If the error persists, try switching your payment method to Credit/Debit card (Stripe) for a smoother experience.

Apple Pay button is not responding

If you click the Apple Pay icon and nothing happens, please ensure you have at least one active payment card added to your Apple Wallet. Apple Pay will not initialize if your digital wallet is empty.

Payment successful but lesson not unlocked?

Usually, access is granted instantly. If your lesson still appears locked, please try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If it still doesn't appear after 10 minutes, contact our support team with your order ID. If you don't have your order ID, please provide the email address and the lessons you have invested in.
