“Kung Fu is not just fighting. It is the physical expression of the mind's discipline.”
From the Temple to the Heart of Chongqing
In 2001, Shi Yong Liang traveled to the Songshan Shaolin Temple to begin a life of deep cultivation. He was accepted as a disciple of Wu Nanfang, the direct successor of the Shaolin Xinyiba lineage. Under this rigorous guidance, he mastered the ancient Gulun Kung Fu and the "Unsurpassed Zen Power" of Xinyiba, delving deep into Shaolin Zen Martial Arts system.
“Real strength is not found in the impact of a fist, but in the stillness of the heart under pressure. To master the body is the first step; to master the ego is the ultimate task.”
Returning to Chongqing in 2009, he continued his journey by studying under Master Ma Yongxiao of the Shaolin Men lineage, further refining his expertise in traditional weaponry and internal arts. In 2010, he founded the Chongqing Zen Martial Arts Boxing Hall, and by 2016, he had claimed dual championships in the Chongqing Traditional Martial Arts Elite Competition. Today, he bridges ancient heritage and modern practice, training thousands across generations.
