2. Content & Access

Investing in a lesson grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to access the specific video content and instructions for your personal, non-commercial use.

• Courses and individual lessons are for personal education only.
• Redistribution, sharing, or public performance of the curriculum is strictly prohibited.
• Use of any video content on other websites, platforms, or social media is strictly forbidden.
• Access is tied to your individual account and cannot be shared.

3. Refund Policy

All sales of digital video content at Qi Embrace are final. Due to the nature of digital video content, which is accessible immediately after you invest, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once access has been granted to your account.

4. Tax Policy

Taxes are only applicable to Canadian locations and are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your specific provincial rate. All international locations outside of Canada are exempt and not subject to these taxes. Where applicable, tax is applied to the final order total, which includes both the base price of the products and any associated shipping fees. Tax is non-refundable.

5. Shipping Policy

There is no shipping fee for digital video content that is accessible immediately after you invest. There is a shipping fee for physical merchandise orders that is calculated dynamically at checkout based on your specific location. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes.

6. Community & Reviews

Our review system is a space for respectful dialogue between practitioners and masters. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that is harmful, offensive, or off-topic.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, including videos, scripts, and layouts, remain the exclusive property of Qi Embrace and its affiliated Masters. All video content is protected by international copyright laws and is strictly prohibited from being used, re-uploaded, or shared on any other platforms or social media. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Physical practice involving martial arts or internal alchemy carries inherent risks. By using our services, you assume all responsibility for your physical well-being. Always consult with a medical professional before beginning a new physical regimen.
